  • If using raw chicken, cook it by boiling, baking, or grilling until fully cooked. Shred into bite-sized pieces.

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, sautéed garlic, shredded cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until the chicken is well coated.
  • Place a generous amount of the chicken mixture onto a low-carb tortilla and roll tightly to enclose the filling.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat or preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grill the wraps in the skillet for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until golden and heated through.
