Instructions
 

Marinate the Chicken

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the chicken breasts to the marinade and ensure each piece is well-coated.
  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or preferably, overnight.

Cook the Chicken

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
