Ingredients
  

  • 1 ripe banana (preferably frozen)
  • 1 cup fresh baby spinach
  • 0.5 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 0.5 avocado
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or oat milk)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp pure maple syrup (optional)
  • 0.25 tsp cinnamon or pumpkin spice
  • 3–4 ice cubes (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Peel and freeze your banana ahead of time for a thicker, creamier texture. Pre-measure your ingredients for a stress-free morning.
  • Add almond milk first to the blender, followed by spinach, frozen banana, pineapple, avocado, chia seeds, maple syrup, and spices.
  • Blend on high for 45–60 seconds until smooth. Add ice if a thicker texture is desired.
  • Taste the smoothie. Add more maple syrup or spice as needed.
  • Pour smoothie into a glass or jar and garnish with toppings like black sesame seeds or coconut cream.

Notes

For a thicker smoothie, use more frozen fruit or add ice. Adjust sweetness and spices to taste. Optional toppings like coconut whipped cream and black sesame seeds add festive flair. Meal prep by freezing portions or pre-packing smoothie bags without liquid.
