  • In a bowl, combine the softened cream cheese with fresh dill, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
  • Lay your tortilla flat on a clean surface. Use a spatula to evenly spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture over the entire tortilla, leaving about half an inch from the edges.
  • Layer your chopped bell peppers, cucumbers, shredded carrots, and spinach evenly over the cream cheese.
  • Starting from one end, carefully roll the tortilla tightly, ensuring to keep the filling intact.
  • Once rolled, use a sharp knife to cut the tortilla into bite-sized pieces, about 1-2 inches thick. Arrange the slices on a serving platter and enjoy!
