Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz filtered water or coconut water
  • 0.5 lemon or lime, juiced
  • 1/8 tsp pink Himalayan salt
  • 1 tsp raw honey or pure maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 splash apple cider vinegar (optional)
  • magnesium drops or cream of tartar (optional, for extra minerals)

Instructions
 

  • In a glass or shaker bottle, add the filtered or coconut water and freshly squeezed lemon or lime juice.
  • Stir in the pink salt until fully dissolved.
  • Add honey or maple syrup and apple cider vinegar if using. Stir well to combine.
  • Optionally, add a few drops of magnesium or a pinch of cream of tartar for extra mineral support.
  • Shake or stir thoroughly. Drink first thing in the morning or between meals for optimal stress support.

Notes

Optional add ins include magnesium drops, cream of tartar (for potassium), or coconut water instead of regular water. Drink on an empty stomach in the morning for best results. Avoid sugary sports drinks, this whole food version supports real recovery.
