Dressing

  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Preparation

  • Cook the chicken and shred or chop it into bite-sized pieces.
  • Grill the corn until charred and tender, then cut the kernels off the cob.

Dressing

  • In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, lime juice, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Adjust the seasoning according to your taste.
