Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 12–16 oz filtered water (room temp or slightly warm)
  • 0.5 lemon or lime, juiced
  • 1/8 tsp mineral-rich salt (e.g. pink Himalayan or sea salt)
  • 1 tsp raw apple cider vinegar (optional)
  • 0.5 tsp local honey or a few drops of stevia (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Fill a glass with 12–16 oz of filtered water, either room temperature or slightly warm.
  • Squeeze in the juice of half a lemon or lime and stir to combine.
  • Add 1/8 tsp of mineral-rich salt and mix well until dissolved.
  • Optional: add 1 tsp raw apple cider vinegar for added digestive benefits.
  • Optional: add ½ tsp honey or a few drops of stevia for a touch of sweetness.
  • Stir well and sip slowly within 15–30 minutes of waking up for optimal hydration.

Notes

Customize it with chia water for fiber, coconut water for potassium, or magnesium powder for adrenal support. Pairs well with gluten-free breakfasts or post-fast hydration. Ideal for fatigue, brain fog, or those transitioning off caffeine.
