Ingredients
  

Pizza Bases

  • 1 cup Mini pizza bases Pre-made dough or homemade.

Sauce and Cheese

  • 1 cup Pizza sauce Store-bought or homemade.
  • 1.5 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese For a gooey cheese pull.

Toppings

  • 1 cup Sliced bell peppers
  • 1 cup Sliced olives
  • 1 cup Pepperoni slices (halal)
  • 1 cup Cooked sausage (halal option)
  • 1 cup Fresh basil leaves
  • 1 cup Sliced mushrooms

Seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano For added flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Dried basil For added flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil For brushing.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • Roll out store-bought dough to about ¼ inch thickness and cut into small circles, around 3-4 inches in diameter.

Assembly

  • Spread a tablespoon of pizza sauce on each dough circle, leaving a small border around the edges.
  • Add a generous handful of shredded mozzarella on top of the sauce.
  • Customize with your favorite toppings and sprinkle dried oregano and basil.
  • Lightly brush the edges of the bases with olive oil.

Cooking

  • Place the Mini Pizzas in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for about 5-7 minutes, checking halfway.
  • Once the cheese is bubbly and edges are golden brown, remove from the air fryer.

Serving

  • Let cool for a minute before serving. Enjoy warm with a sprinkle of fresh basil on top.

Notes

Don't overcrowd the air fryer. Cooking times may vary based on your model. Experiment with different dough and toppings for variety.
