Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 0.5 cup chilled coconut water
  • 0.5 lime juiced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger peeled and grated
  • 0.25 tsp turmeric optional
  • 0.5 small banana optional, for creaminess
  • ice cubes as needed for texture

Instructions
 

  • Add coconut water, lime juice, mango, ginger, turmeric (if using), and banana (if using) to a blender.
  • Blend on high for 45–60 seconds until silky smooth.
  • Add ice if needed and blend again to adjust texture.
  • Taste and adjust with extra lime or ginger if desired.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy fresh.

Notes

Use frozen mango for optimal texture and chill. Grated fresh ginger is more flavorful than powdered. Lime balances the sweetness. Turmeric adds anti-inflammatory power, pair with a tiny pinch of black pepper for better absorption. Not freezer-friendly.
