  • 1/4 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup guacamole
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked ground meat, cheese, and spices. Stir until well mixed.

Assembly

  • Place the low-carb tortilla on a flat surface. In the center, start layering the filling: a spoonful of meat mixture, followed by a dollop of sour cream, a spoonful of guacamole, lettuce, and diced tomatoes.
  • Carefully fold the sides of the tortilla inward to create a wrap. Be sure to tuck in the sides as you go to keep the filling secure.
