Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with the sugar-free BBQ sauce. Mix until the chicken is thoroughly coated.
  • Pour in the heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well to ensure all ingredients are combined.
  • Transfer the chicken mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Spread it out evenly.
  • Sprinkle the cheddar cheese over the top of the chicken mixture, ensuring it’s covered well.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
