Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef kielbasa, sliced into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (such as bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots) Feel free to use whatever seasonal veggies you have.
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce (or a gluten-free alternative) Check for gluten-free soy sauce if required.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnishing)

Instructions

Preparation

  • Begin by washing and chopping your vegetables into similar-sized pieces for even cooking.

Making the Sauce

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Set aside.

Cooking

  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced beef kielbasa and cook until browned, around 3-5 minutes.
  • Toss the prepared vegetables into the skillet with the kielbasa. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until they are just tender.
  • Pour your prepared honey garlic sauce over the kielbasa and vegetables, stirring well to coat everything evenly.
  • Reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 5-10 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  • Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes
