Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, maple syrup, nut butter, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until a thick dough forms.
  • Fold in the dark chocolate chips, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the dough.
  • Line a baking dish (about 8x8 inches) with parchment paper for easy removal.
  • Spoon the cookie dough mixture into the prepared dish and press down evenly to create a smooth, flat layer.
  • Refrigerate for about 30 minutes to let it set.
  • Once firm, lift the bark out of the dish and cut it into squares or rectangles.

Notes
