Ingredients
  

  • 1 gluten-free pizza crust (store-bought or homemade)
  • 3 large eggs
  • 0.5 cup ricotta cheese
  • 0.5 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.25 cup black olives, sliced (for spider shapes)
  • 0.25 red bell pepper, thinly sliced (for jack-o’-lantern faces)
  • 0.25 cup baby spinach (optional)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chili flakes or paprika for color

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet or pizza stone with parchment paper.
  • Place your gluten-free pizza crust on the prepared tray. Brush with olive oil for a golden finish.
  • Spread ricotta evenly over the crust. Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella.
  • Decorate with sliced olives (spiders), red peppers (jack-o’-lantern faces), and baby spinach (optional spooky greens).
  • Carefully crack eggs over the pizza, spacing them evenly.
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes or until egg whites are cooked and yolks slightly runny.
  • Season with salt, pepper, and optional chili flakes. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

Use parchment paper for easy cleanup. Room-temperature eggs hold shape better when cracked. Pre-bake crust slightly if thick. Customize with chili flakes, herbs, or spooky toppings like bell pepper pumpkins and olive spiders. Pairs well with overnight oats or a fall smoothie.
