Equipment

  • serving bowl
  • measuring cups
  • teaspoon
  • spoon for drizzling and mixing

Ingredients

  • 0.75 cup plain Greek yogurt (full-fat or 2%)
  • 0.33 cup gluten-free granola
  • 1–2 tsp raw honey
  • optional: blueberries, sliced almonds, banana, chia seeds, cinnamon, or coconut flakes

Instructions

  • Scoop ¾ cup of plain Greek yogurt into a serving bowl. Use full-fat for richness or 2% for a lighter option.
  • Top the yogurt with ⅓ cup of certified gluten-free granola made with oats, puffed rice, or quinoa.
  • Drizzle 1–2 teaspoons of raw honey over the top. Use local honey when possible for added benefits.
  • Add any optional toppings such as fresh fruit, nuts, seeds, or spices to taste.
  • Serve immediately. You can mix or layer the ingredients — both ways work great!

Notes

Use local raw honey for immune benefits, and choose full fat Greek yogurt for extra creaminess. Prep ahead by layering in mason jars for grab-and go mornings. Optional toppings include blueberries, sliced almonds, banana, chia seeds, or cinnamon.
