  • serving bowl
  • measuring cups
  • teaspoon
  • spoon for drizzling and mixing

Ingredients

  • 0.75 cup plain Greek yogurt (full-fat or 2%)
  • 0.33 cup gluten-free granola
  • 1–2 tsp raw honey
  • optional: blueberries, sliced almonds, banana, chia seeds, cinnamon, or coconut flakes

Instructions

  • Scoop ¾ cup of plain Greek yogurt into a serving bowl. Use full-fat for richness or 2% for a lighter option.
  • Top the yogurt with ⅓ cup of certified gluten-free granola made with oats, puffed rice, or quinoa.
  • Drizzle 1–2 teaspoons of raw honey over the top. Use local honey when possible for added benefits.
  • Add any optional toppings such as fresh fruit, nuts, seeds, or spices to taste.
  • Serve immediately. You can mix or layer the ingredients both ways work great!

Notes

Use local raw honey for immune benefits, and choose full fat Greek yogurt for extra creaminess. Prep ahead by layering in mason jars for grab and go mornings. Optional toppings include blueberries, sliced almonds, banana, chia seeds, or cinnamon.
