Ingredients

For the parfaits

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla, dairy free works too)
  • 1 cup Cocoa powder or gluten free chocolate cookie crumbs For the dirt layer
  • 1 cup Healthy cinnamon cranberry granola Can be made from scratch or store-bought
  • 1 cup Fruit (banana slices or raspberries) Optional, for added flavor and decoration
  • 0.5 cup Darker sauce (chocolate syrup, blackberry jam thinned with water, or blueberry puree) For the spiderweb design

Instructions

Assembly

  • Mix a couple spoonfuls of cocoa powder into part of your yogurt if you want a chocolate layer. If using cookie crumbs, keep the yogurt plain.
  • Add a spoonful of granola to the bottom of the cup.
  • Add a layer of yogurt, then a layer of dirt (cookie crumbs or cocoa), then repeat until the cup is almost full.
  • Smooth the top with yogurt to create a clean base for the spiderweb.
  • For the spiderweb design, dot circles of dark sauce on top, starting with a small circle in the center, then making larger circles outward.
  • Use a toothpick to drag lines from the center outward like spokes of a wheel to create the spiderweb effect.

Notes

Keep granola separate until serving to maintain crunch. Chill parfaits before adding spiderweb to prevent smearing.
