A fun and spooky Halloween treat made with layers of chocolate pudding and crushed gluten-free cookies, perfect for kids and adults alike.

Ingredients
  

Pudding Layer

  • 2 cups Chocolate pudding (homemade or gluten free instant pudding mix) Use dairy free milk if needed.
  • 2 cups Milk (or a dairy free milk if needed) Choose according to dietary needs.

Dirt Layer

  • 1 package Gluten free chocolate sandwich cookies You can also use crunchy chocolate cookies.

Decorations

  • 4 pieces Tombstones (gluten free cookies or graham style crackers cut into shapes) Use writing gel or melted chocolate for lettering.
  • optional Gummy worms Other options include candy pumpkins, sprinkles, or green shredded coconut for 'grass'.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Make your pudding and chill it for a few minutes to thicken.
  • Crush gluten free cookies in a zip top bag or food processor until crumbly.
  • Spoon a layer of pudding into each cup.
  • Add a layer of cookie crumbs.
  • Repeat the layers until the cup is almost full, ending with cookie crumbs on top.
  • Add tombstones and other decorations just before serving.

Notes

Assemble pudding and cookie layers ahead of time, and add decorations last minute for better presentation. Clear cups are preferred for visibility of layers.
