Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh or canned peaches (sliced and drained if canned) Use fresh peaches when possible for better flavor and texture.
  • 1 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour Ensure it is certified gluten-free for best results.
  • 1 cup granulated sugar Adjust according to the sweetness of the peaches.
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy) Dairy-free substitutes such as almond or coconut milk can be used.
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted) Use a dairy-free alternative if desired.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • If using fresh peaches, peel and slice them. If using canned, ensure they are drained.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, sugar, and milk until smooth. Stir in the melted butter until fully combined.
