Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp whole grain mustard
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp dried thyme or Italian seasoning
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • fresh parsley or rosemary optional garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, honey, olive oil, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  • Place the chicken breasts in the baking dish and pour the honey mustard marinade over them. Flip to coat evenly.
  • Optional: Let chicken marinate for 30 minutes to enhance flavor.
  • Bake uncovered for 22–25 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Spoon sauce over the chicken halfway through.
  • Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.

Notes

For a crispy finish, broil the chicken for the last 2 minutes. Great for meal prep and freezer-friendly. Try serving with roasted veggies or mashed sweet potatoes.
