  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated

Preparation

  • In a bowl, whisk together the gluten-free soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, minced garlic, and ginger.
  • Add the chicken, ensuring it’s well-coated, and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Cooking

  • Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • Once hot, add the marinated chicken and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until browned and fully cooked.
  • Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
  • In the same pan, add the cornstarch mix and cook for an additional minute until the sauce thickens, stirring continuously.
  • Return the chicken to the pan, ensuring it’s well-coated in the thickened sauce. Let it simmer for a few minutes.

Serving

  • Serve your chicken over rice or vegetables, garnished with sesame seeds and sliced green onions.

Notes
