Equipment

  • spoon or butter knife for spreading almond butter
  • cutting board to prepare the banana and wrap
  • parchment paper for storage (optional)

Ingredients

  • 1 gluten free tortilla or wrap (almond, cassava, or coconut flour)
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened almond butter
  • 1 tsp chia seeds, cinnamon, or honey (optional)

Instructions

  • Place a gluten free wrap (almond flour, cassava, or coconut flour) on a flat surface.
  • Spread 1–2 tablespoons of almond butter down the center of the wrap.
  • Add one ripe banana, either sliced or halved lengthwise.
  • Sprinkle extras like cinnamon, chia seeds, or honey if desired.
  • Roll the wrap tightly and enjoy immediately or store wrapped in parchment for up to 2 days.

Notes

For best results, use pliable almond flour, cassava, or coconut flour wraps. Try adding cinnamon, chia seeds, or a drizzle of honey for extra flavor. You can meal-prep by wrapping in parchment and refrigerating for up to two days. Swap almond butter with peanut, cashew, or sunflower seed butter for variety.
