Ingredients
  

For the Bagel Dough

  • 2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour Ensure it contains xanthan gum or other binding agents.
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar or maple syrup
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt Make sure it’s gluten-free.
  • 1 egg for egg wash (optional)

For the Toppings

  • Toppings of your choice (seeds, cinnamon sugar, or everything bagel seasoning) Choose according to preference.

Prepare the Dough

  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar until well combined.
  • Add the Greek yogurt to the dry ingredients and mix until a shaggy dough forms. It may be easier to use your hands to incorporate until everything is combined.

Shape the Bagels

  • Lightly flour a clean surface with gluten-free flour. Turn the dough out onto the surface and knead gently until it’s smooth (about 1-2 minutes).
  • Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a rope about 6-8 inches long and form a circle, pinching the ends together to secure.

Prepare the Air Fryer

  • Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  • If you like, beat the egg in a small bowl. Brush each bagel with the egg wash and sprinkle your chosen toppings on top.

Cook the Bagels

  • Place the bagels in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching.
  • Air fry for about 8-10 minutes or until they are golden brown and puffed.

Let Cool and Enjoy

  • Allow the mini bagels to cool slightly before serving. These are delightful plain or with your favorite spreads.
