  • 8 ounces gluten-free noodles Choose your favorite gluten-free noodles.
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced Essential for rich flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil Enhances the nutty flavor.
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce Opt for gluten-free soy sauce if necessary.
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds For added crunch.

  • Boil a pot of water, add the noodles, and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant but not browned.
  • Add soy sauce to the pan and stir well to combine with the garlic. Allow to simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  • Add the cooked noodles into the pan and toss them in the garlic sauce until thoroughly coated.
  • Remove from heat, sprinkle toasted sesame seeds and chopped scallions on top for extra flavor and crunch.

Notes
