Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups full-fat or low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 –2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen mixed berries
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts almonds or walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons gluten-free granola or shredded coconut optional
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter or chocolate chips optional

Instructions
 

  • Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup until smooth.
  • Spread the yogurt mixture evenly in the pan, about 1/2 inch thick.
  • Top with berries, chopped nuts, and optional add-ins like granola, coconut, or chocolate chips.
  • Freeze for at least 3 hours or until completely solid.
  • Remove from freezer, let sit for 3–5 minutes, then slice into bars.
  • Store leftover bars in an airtight container in the freezer.

Notes

Use full-fat yogurt for creamier bars. Avoid non-dairy yogurts with gums or starches as they freeze icier. These bars are endlessly customizable and perfect for meal prep.
