Preparation

  • Wash and dice the cucumbers. For larger cucumbers, consider peeling them.
  • Halve the cherry tomatoes and finely chop the red onion.

Mixing

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced cucumbers, halved cherry tomatoes, chopped red onion, shredded cheddar cheese, and crumbled bacon.

Dressing

  • Pour in the ranch dressing and gently mix everything together until evenly coated. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Serving
