  • 1 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese Optional, can omit for dairy-free
  • 2 large eggs Beaten
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
  • In one bowl, beat the eggs. In a second bowl, combine gluten-free breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Coating

  • Dip each chicken piece into the egg mixture, then roll it in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.

Cooking

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Lightly spray the basket of the air fryer with cooking spray or brush with olive oil.
  • Lay the chicken nuggets in a single layer, ensuring some space between them for airflow.
  • Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.

Serving

  • Let the nuggets cool for a few minutes and then serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
