Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cottage cheese full-fat or low-fat
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 –3 tablespoons maple syrup or monk fruit sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Add cottage cheese, cocoa powder, sweetener, vanilla extract, and sea salt into a blender or food processor.
  • Blend until the mixture becomes completely smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  • Spoon the mousse into ramekins or jars.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes before serving.
  • Optional: top with berries, crushed nuts, or coconut flakes before serving.

Notes

For extra richness, use full-fat cottage cheese. You can also add a spoonful of almond butter or Greek yogurt for a creamier texture.
