Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup pulp-free orange juice
  • ½ cup coconut water
  • 1 pinch Himalayan pink salt
  • ½ tsp cream of tartar (optional)
  • 1 splash collagen or coconut cream (optional)

Instructions
 

  • In a glass or jar, pour in the orange juice and coconut water.
  • Add a pinch of Himalayan pink salt and cream of tartar if using.
  • Stir well or shake with ice until mixed.
  • Add a splash of collagen or coconut cream for extra satiety if desired.
  • Drink on an empty stomach or before caffeine for best adrenal support.

Notes
