Ingredients
  

  • 3 ripe bananas, peeled and sliced
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened almond milk (optional, for blending)
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder (optional, for chocolate version)
  • 1 tbsp almond butter or peanut butter (optional)
  • 2 tbsp crushed nuts or berries (optional toppings)

Instructions
 

  • Peel and slice ripe bananas. Place on a parchment-lined tray and freeze until solid (2–3 hours).
  • Add frozen banana slices to a high-speed blender or food processor.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy. Add 1 tbsp plant-based milk only if needed to help blend.
  • Optional: Add cocoa powder or nut butter and blend again until incorporated.
  • Serve immediately for soft-serve texture, or freeze for 1 hour for firmer scoops.
  • Top with crushed nuts, berries, or coconut whipped cream as desired.

Notes

Use only ripe bananas for best texture. Avoid adding ice cubes to prevent iciness. For thicker texture, limit any plant-based milk. Let sit at room temp 5 mins before scooping. Add-ins like cocoa, nut butter, or berries work great!
