Preparation

  • Begin by rinsing and cutting the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.

Seasoning

  • In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until they are evenly coated.

Preheat the Air Fryer

  • Set your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.

Air Frying

  • Place the seasoned cauliflower florets in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure they fry evenly.

Serving

  • Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese or herbs over the hot cauliflower right after removing it from the air fryer.
