1.5lbsboneless, skinless chicken thighs or breastscut into chunks or strips
4clovesgarlicfinely minced
3tbspunsalted butteror dairy-free alternative
1tbspolive oil
0.5tsppaprika
1tspdried Italian herbs

Instructions
Pat chicken dry and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian herbs.
Heat olive oil and 1 tbsp of butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken in a single layer. Cook 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
Push chicken to one side. Add remaining 2 tbsp butter and minced garlic. Stir garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant, then toss with chicken.
Drizzle with lemon juice, sprinkle parsley if desired, and serve hot.
