- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C) and line a mini muffin tin with paper liners.
- Combine gluten-free crumbs and melted butter, then press a spoonful into each liner to form the crust.

- Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract.
- Spoon cheesecake mixture over each crust, filling nearly to the top.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes, until centers are set.
- Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
