- 2 cups full-fat or low-fat Greek yogurt
- 1–2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen mixed berries
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (almonds or walnuts)
- 2 tablespoons gluten-free granola or shredded coconut (optional)
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter or chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup until smooth.
- Spread the yogurt mixture evenly in the pan, about 1/2 inch thick.
- Top with berries, chopped nuts, and optional add-ins like granola, coconut, or chocolate chips.
- Freeze for at least 3 hours or until completely solid.
- Remove from freezer, let sit for 3–5 minutes, then slice into bars.
- Store leftover bars in an airtight container in the freezer.
Notes
Use full-fat yogurt for creamier bars. Avoid non-dairy yogurts with gums or starches as they freeze icier. These bars are endlessly customizable and perfect for meal prep.
