Description

Creamy, refreshing, and packed with protein, these frozen Greek yogurt bars are a healthy summer treat perfect for dessert, snack, or even breakfast.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups full-fat or low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 12 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen mixed berries
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (almonds or walnuts)
  • 2 tablespoons gluten-free granola or shredded coconut (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter or chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup until smooth.
  3. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly in the pan, about 1/2 inch thick.
  4. Top with berries, chopped nuts, and optional add-ins like granola, coconut, or chocolate chips.
  5. Freeze for at least 3 hours or until completely solid.
  6. Remove from freezer, let sit for 3–5 minutes, then slice into bars.
  7. Store leftover bars in an airtight container in the freezer.

Notes

Use full-fat yogurt for creamier bars. Avoid non-dairy yogurts with gums or starches as they freeze icier. These bars are endlessly customizable and perfect for meal prep.
