Instructions
- Combine 1 tablespoon chia seeds with 1 cup cold filtered water.
- Stir well and let sit for 5 minutes.
- Stir again to prevent clumping.
- Let soak for 15–30 minutes, or overnight for a thicker gel.
- Add optional flavorings like lemon, mint, cucumber, ginger, or berries.
- Stir or shake before drinking and enjoy chilled.
