- 1/2 cup certified gluten-free oats
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 1 egg (or flax egg for vegan)
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1–2 tbsp maple syrup or honey (optional)
- Pinch of salt
- Optional mix-ins: chocolate chips, berries, nut butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a ramekin or small baking dish.
- In a blender, combine oats, banana, milk, egg, baking powder, sweetener, and salt.
- Blend until smooth and pour into prepared dish.
- Add any mix-ins or toppings if desired.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until the top is golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool slightly, then top with fresh fruit, yogurt, or nut butter and enjoy warm.
Notes
Use a ripe banana for natural sweetness. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave.
